Are you a qualified Scaffolding Instructor or interested in training to become one? Are you keen to pass on your skills, knowledge and expertise to the next generation of Scaffolders? Then this may be the perfect role for you!

We are currently working with a Construction Specialist Training Provider who are seeking to add to their team of Scaffolding Instructors, and are looking to recruit advanced and experienced Scaffolders or existing Scaffolding Instructors who wish to progress their careers and share their skills and experience with others progressing in the industry.

Candidates who are not already qualified for this role must:

• Be qualified to CISRS Advanced Scaffolder level and must have held that qualification for a minimum period of five years, or
• Be qualified to CISRS Scaffolder level and have been so for a minimum period of 10 years.
• Hold senior experience within Scaffolding industry
• Teaching and Assessment Qualifications are desirable but not essential.
• MUST be computer/IT illiterate

Full training and mentoring will be provided for those that require it, and development will be in accordance with our Instructor development plan, which will return fully qualified Scaffolding Instructors.

The role will also include travel to client sites and training centres, so a driving licence and a willingness to travel are essential. Travel away from the ‘home’ centre will attract incentive payment. The roles are on full-time permanent basis and offer a salary between £45,000 – £50,000 PA depending on your experience and qualifications already held.

As an Instructor you will be responsible for planning and delivering vocational curriculum inline with awarding bodies, supporting and assessing learners working to complete roofing qualifications, monitoring learner progression and maintaining accurate learner records and review and develop existing and new courses and learning materials.
