Provider Compliance Manager – North East

Location: Home based with regional (and some UK/International) travel
Hours: 37.5 per week (Monday-Friday)
Salary: £37.500 + £7900 car allowance (package total £45,400)

We are looking for a Quality Driven training professional within Engineering to step into this exciting position of Provider Compliance Manager. You will be responsible for ensuring providers (UK & International as and when required) deliver licensed products and services to the required quality whilst adhering to the appropriate standards and compliance criteria within Engineering Construction. You will implement a culture of continuous improvement with providers and support the Senior Provider Compliance Manager to improve the provider quality assurance processes. Alongside this you will be supporting training providers increase their range of delivery, from programmes and courses through promoting additional products and/or services.

You will be responsible for

  • Carrying out and delivering quality auditing across products and services inline with standards and compliance criteria’s
  • Effective Account Management of Training Provider Portfolio
  • Implement continuous improvement with providers in the delivery of products and/or services
  • Work in conjunction with the Provider Compliance team to standardise the provider network quality assurance and compliance process
  • Support with implementing and monitoring improvement plans to enhance quality assurance
  • Assist with growth opportunities with existing and new providers
  • Support with initial approval of training providers
  • Travel within your region (North East or Scotland – with some UK and International travel)


Essential Criteria

  • Relevant Industry Qualifications within Engineering (ONC /OND or equivalent) – Minimum Level 3 Engineering Vocational Qualifications
  • Strong Quality Assurance Skills with high standards
  • Experienced and very knowledgeable across work based learning, training and apprenticeship programmes within Engineering
  • Strong understanding of continuous improvement processes
  • Good understanding of Auditing processes, training and assessment
  • Assertive, resilient and a self-starter
  • Strong communication and organisational skills – able to work off own initiative
  • A1 and or IQA award preferred
