Being a multiple award winning training provider has brought growth. The continued growth has resulted in a need in the not too distant future for an AAT Programme Manager. So, this Ofsted Grade Good training provider wishes to recruit an AAT Tutor with management potential.
Maybe you have managed or supervised a team before in another role, or maybe you’ve managed or supervised people in your role as an AAT Tutor. Perhaps you would like to reach your career aspirations and become a Programme Manager for a training provider with a 100% success rate with their AAT learners. Perhaps you’d like to head up a team who have a reputation for quality delivery.
Initially, you’d join the company as an AAT Tutor on a full time permanent basis on a starting salary of £35,000. This will give you the opportunity to demonstrate your key strengths as an AAT Tutor and your ability to work to high standards and set a great example to others.
AAT Tutor – What we’re looking for
- AAT level 4 or above
- Recent experience of delivering AAT or accountancy qualifications to level 4 or above
- Ideally a teaching or training or assessing qualification
- Previous supervisory or man management experience
- Excellent time management qualities
- The ability to self motivate and work unsupervised from home
