We are delighted to be searching for a experienced and passionate H&S Care Trainer/Assessor to join a well established and friendly training provider.
As part of a award wining team you will work alongside Care Home Managers/ Line Managers to ensure high quality teaching is delivered to their Health Care Professionals working in a variety of roles and settings.
This role is homebased covering the Birmingham region and will require you to deliver L3-L5 to a case load of leaners through to EPA. You will be required to travel to leaners place of work to observe and mentor them through their qualification.
The ability to deliver level 5 would be an advantage but not essential. Please see a list below of requirements.
The salary on offering in up to £30,000 plus a attractive bonus structure and learner completion incentives.
- Assessing qualification
- Functional Skills L2
- Must hold a minimum of Level 3 in H&S Care
- Experience delivering Level 3 & Level 5 to a case load of leaners
- Holding a Level 5 in H&S Care is a advantage
- Experienced delivering Level 5 in H&S Care would be a advantage, but not essential
- Teaching Qualification ie PTTLS
- Strong understanding of EPA requirements and Ofsted regulations
- Strong communicator with great organisational skills
- Previous background working in H&S Care ideally in a supervisor role.
